This couples’ support group is for individuals in relationships who wish to address a wide range of relationship issues including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to intimacy, or difficulties due to external stressors such as extended families.
Type of group: Psychoeducation, Peer Support
*This group is an extension of couples therapy.

Are you ready to begin healing from unhealthy relationships? Are you ready to let go of rage, anger, distressing thoughts or feelings, cognitive difficulties, flashbacks, feelings of fear, guilt and shame, nightmares, trust difficulties, suspicion, etc.?
Individuals who attend this group can expect to engage in an emotionally safe environment that allows individuals to freely communicate, and build strong, lasting connections with individuals of similar experiences and goals.

Are you struggling or feeling like a failure as a parent? Feeling alone, imbalanced or overwhelmed by the demands of life? Is it difficult to understand or bond with your children as they grow older and follow their own path? You may be suffering from parental trauma.
This group is designed to educate parents and strengthen parental skills in relation to real-life situations experienced by parents. It aims to enhance parenting practices and behaviors, such as developing and practicing positive discipline techniques, learning age-appropriate child development skills, and enhancing interaction between parents and children of all ages.

Have you been hurt or traumatized by those who should lead you in love? Did religious leaders or believers harm you by imposing beliefs, manipulating, ostracizing, rejecting, or condemning you? Have you struggled to find genuine answers to your deepest questions?
This group is for those who are seeking healing from wounds that have shaken their founding beliefs. Participants will be guided through deconstruction, challenging and expanding their beliefs and perceptions, processing lost relationships due to religion. The group will also focus on understanding the origins of spiritual attacks, how they manifest, and relate to one’s purpose in life.

Feeling trapped by your emotions? Do you feel misunderstood or struggle with maintianing relationships? Are you worried about the future and not able to enjoy the moment? Do you ever engage in self destructive behaviors to gain relief from these painful emotions? If you resonate with any of these feelings, know that you are not alone. This group offers an accepting and validating environment to learn skills to find joy in the moment, gain control over negative emotions, tolerate painful experiences and gain confidence and satisfaction in your personal relationships.

The group designed to provide support for the members of the LGBTQ+ community and address discrimination, healthcare issues, violence, parenting & marriage, controversy with conversion therapy, housing and bathroom struggles and acceptance.

This psychoeducational weekly group is for adults and focuses on underlying causes of constant struggle to achieve and/or maintain healthy weight due to binge eating and other disordered eating habits.

TRE® includes a series of easy stretches or exercises using the muscles of the lower body.
The exercises build up a little shaking in the legs. When this muscular shaking mechanism is set in motion in a safe environment, the body is encouraged to release stress and tension and return back to a state of harmony.
