Accelerated Resolution Therapy

ART is an evidence–based novel psychotherapy that promotes rapid recovery by reprogramming how the brain stores traumatic memories and imagery. ART has roots in and includes elements of existing evidenced-based modalities. The treatment is based on memory visualization techniques that are enhanced by the use of eye movements, as well as memory reconsolidation, a way in which new information is incorporated into existing memories.

ART helps people to overcome their traumas without sharing its details and with fewer sessions compared to other clinical modalities.
